Look at you: Progress Photos · updated 8 October 2026

Look at you does not collect any data. Your photos stay on your iPhone, and nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

While you take photos, the camera picture is analysed on your iPhone with Apple's Vision framework. No video is recorded; only the photos you choose to keep are stored. Comparisons are lined up on the device too.

The photos you keep, your tracker names and your settings are stored only in the app's private storage, protected by iOS file protection and excluded from device backups. The app records no audio and never asks for the microphone.

What we do not do

No account and no sign-in. No analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting services, and no third-party SDKs. No sale or sharing of data, because we never receive any.

Network

The only thing the app downloads is its list of tracker presets — the questions it asks, such as aligners or braces — from our site on Cloudflare. The request contains no personal data or identifiers, and nothing is sent back. Like any web server, the host technically receives your IP address to deliver the file; we do not log or store it.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not see your payment details; Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Sharing and export

A photo, a comparison card or an export leaves the app only when you choose to share or save it, and then goes only where you send it.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete All Data removes every tracker and photo from your iPhone. Deleting the app does the same.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
