We're here to help
Something doesn't work, the camera keeps missing a view, or you have an idea? Write to us — we read every message and answer by email.
The camera doesn't capture a view
The line over the camera says what it sees: too dark, no face in view, too far away, or too close to see your whole body. Turn slowly and hold each side for a moment. If a view is still missing, the review names it and lets you retake just that one.
Camera access is off
Open iPhone Settings → Look at you and turn on Camera. The camera picture is analysed on your iPhone and never uploaded.
No camera sound
Look at you uses the iPhone camera's own sounds, and like the Camera app they follow the silent switch. The haptics still mark each captured view.
Moving to a new iPhone
Photos are kept out of device backups so they never reach a cloud. Before you switch phones, use Settings → Export All Photos to save a zip of every photo, sorted by tracker and date.
Restoring Pro
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought Pro with.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications for Look at you are allowed in iPhone Settings, and that the tracker's reminder is not set to Off.
